If you have a fully functioning Smart meter which transmits readings we will be able to provide bills based on these.
If your meter is not transmitting readings or your meter requires manual readings to be provided these can be submitted to us in one of the following ways.
- Phone – Call us on 0800 224 224 and we will update your account for you.
- Email – enquiries@highlandelectricity.co.uk
- Customer Online Portal – Login to your online account where readings can be submitted.
